hi, new here but ICd owner for over a year now, and i heard that the lpr sux on the b2k4 but the first time i used it it seemed fine so i didn't buy a new reg, but now i don't know whats wrong for some reason when i hook my air tank up it pressuirezes to 300 which is not bad, and i turn the Hpr untill i hear it bleed then turn it back about half a turn so ive done what most of you suggested but after a few shots the gague drops down to zero and i can't shoot any more..i get like 3 shots maxed, help anyone?

I think you mixed up your HPR's and Lpr's on your first post.

The problem with the stock LPR is that it doesn't flow air quick enough to reach high rates of fire, which was one of the first things i noticed with my Bushmaster.

AS for your problem, i wouldn't blame this on a faulty LPR. Something is JUST not getting pressure, more then likely your noid because you said nothing about the HPR gauge reading zero. My bet would be that you have you LPR adjusted WAY to loo and pressure is getting past very slowly, therefor explaining your 3 shoots, as it takes that long to start shooting after you hook up your tank.. a low tank would also explain this so check that and make sure you screw it in all the way!

That's the HPR gauge. In order to try to rectify your problem:

1. Make sure your ASA is fully-engaging the pin valve on your tank. Some ASAs don't play nice with certain brands of tank regs.

2. Lube your HPR.

try screwing your tank in further.. more then likely the problem.. happened to me the other day for the first time and i've been playing for 3 years with my tank... Definetly the culprit in your case..

Hello, an update if anyone is still wiling to help, ok so air tank full, tired setting my regs, the gauge reads 300, fire two shots and it goes to zero, only way to make it shot again is to unpressurize it and do it again, i am not sure if its like this for everyone, but my tank is very very hard to take off, and turning the knob for my uni mount is so hard to the point that i get blisters, is that normal? so im out of ideas and my hands hurt, thinking about buying a new cp reg and hope that fixes it?

If it was the reg it would recharge after SOME time..... I still think your problem is in your tank... do you have a different asa you could use? And yes i have a problem with my tank comeing out hard too.. i usually hold it bewteen my legs and twist the entire gun to get it off..
