Hey All. I Hope I put this in the right section. If not please point me in the right direction so I can repost.

So Ive been thinking about purchasing a remote hose setup for my marker. My question is...Would it restrict/affect airflow from my tank to my marker? I just dont want to loose the performance Ive been working so hard on.

Thanks in advance for all your input..

It wont restrict anything. If you get a SS one it may restrict movement, but that's about it.

If you want to run CO2, the remote line will function SOMEWHAT as an expansion chamber. I still wouldn't recommend it, though.

Yep, no problems there, just get a coiled remote. SS remotes suck.

A remote with a bushy...Interesting. I'm getting a remote for use with my A-5, but I need a shoulder rest which I use my tank for with my bushy. Are you gonna use your bushy pistol style or are you putting a stock on it?

Nope, just holding it. Im not sure if I will like it but there is only one way to find out. With the tank gone it makes my gun feel top heavy and change the balance of the marker. I think this will be easy to get used to b/c my setup will be about 4 pounds less. I also think I would be able to maneuver my marker more easily and make a more compact target.

Alright I have to say something. Spit, I used to run a STEEL BRAIDED remote setup on my model 98 (not custom 98) with a 20oz, and one Thursday at my local field on tourney night I was the last in the game doing a 1 on 1 with a guy who had an automag, and I would not have been able to last 5 or 6 snap shots with this dude if I hadn't had that compact stance... I hope some day everyone will use remotes or will not even have to (nuclear propultion :P) A remote should help your regs recharge more evenly and your consistency should improve slightly. Hmm, maybe I'll buy a coiled remote for my mounstrous 91ci 4500psi Crossfire tank. But then I don't get a workout every time I play lmfao.
