I finally got around to getting my T1 all installed after much milling, grinding, and filing to fit everything in. I went to air up, and then of course the valve was leaking, and broke an asa.
FINALLY! i get it to the point where i only have a small leak on a hose going from the noid... but i can deal with that. I try to shoot and the hammer barely moves! So I turn up the pressure and increase the dwell.... Setting are about 80 psi to the noid and 10ms on the noid!! I havn't had the dwell or pressure that high since i had the stock valve and board. I thought maybe it was my ram..but no i tried a stock ram and the same thing... but now the hammer is about 1/4 in. away from the valve stem. Is this caused just because of the T1 set up?? or is something else wrong here?

Check to make sure that none of the hoses are pinched and that you have them in the right place.

I had the same problem on 2 guns but I forgot how I fixed it.

Only idea I have for that is getting the trigger frame completely milled out just to the point where there is enough material for your grips to hold onto. I did that with both of my frames I use on T1 guns and it's still a tight fit, but things fit in easier.

Yea, it's already milled out quite a bit... I took another look at it and the hoses weren't that pinched, but tight as i'm sure you know. I also had a small leak but that shouldn't have made that big of an impact... i think i'm just gunna sell it off.

Just a thought, with the tray and body apart, but something that can easily be cleaned off, yet you can tell where it marked, on the tray and put it on the body. See if it overlaps any of the air passages. On both of mine I had to mill some stuff off of the top and use different o-rings because it didn't line up with the body.

It all lines up pretty good.. i had done that with some lube around the o-rings... Trying to work out a deal for a promaster or lasoya.
