yes, i'm already developing SSS, sunflower seed skillz. haven't taken any on a long drive yet but i can definitely see where they would be helpful. I get road hypnosis easily especially at night so that might be especially good for me.
I am developing alternative oral cracking methods and alternating them because using the same one over and over was making a raw spot on my tounge.

although it pisses me off when my wife has an occasional smoke at home on the patio.
on a side note, as people who know me find out i quit smoking nearly 100% of them say something like "man that's great, I wish i could quit" or "man I want to quit but right now is just so stressful i just can't".
And I'm thinking everybody CAN quit...just not everybody WANTS to quit... I admit I liked smoking, especially at the beginning of the day. it was toward the end of the day it started to make me feel like crap etc.
In just the last few days I notice I have a bit more energy, feel better and feel more optimistic about life in general and I don't aggravate as easily. I read that smoking causes a person to be more vulnerable to depression. I am inclined to agree.
And to the stress argument...if you wait for a calm point in your life to quit that is stress-free.....you'll likely die first.
